   First thing you need to do is understand that they didnt’ get there by magic. You put them there. Stop surfing porn, clicking on everything and downloading whatever strikes your fancy. Yes, that’s where they come from.

   Go to http://www.download.com and download spybot and ad-aware both. Install, update both and run them (NOT concurrently), letting them delete everything they find. This will take a very long time, like overnight. For each.

   scan your system as a whole. if you backup your data or copy your data from any external drive do have scan to that drive too.

   else give your system a complete fresh installation and install antivirus before anything else after OS is installed
