I am looking for a software where I can create and load diagnostic questions to identify student’s weaknesses in Math. It should have a backward link or pre-requisites. Can someone suggest a source for such a software?

I find using the open source moodle from moodle.org as a great resource and have recently used lime surveys which can be hosted by them and does all the data comparisons etc. http://www.limesurvey.org/
