For that kinda job i use Free CCleaner and Advanced System care which has a free and a pro version. To uninstall software you no longer use or want I use the free Revo Uninstaller. Revo also has a cleanup option that removes a lot of left over junk.
After you run the software i would suggest that you defragment the drive. All 3 programs have been evaluated by trusted websites such as C-net.com and Major Geeks and are approved for download.
