   Run your virus scan and a good anti-spyware scan in SAFE MODE. The common problem is having bugs that are residing in live memory, so you can not actually delete them in normal windows mode.

   Reboot the computer and hit the F8 key once every second until you see the boot menu load. Select Safe Mode with networking.

   Run the scans, and fix any problems you find. then reboot into normal windows and see if you have any improvement.

   I prefer to run Spybot anti-spyware, as the Immunize program included with it will prevent some 75,000 known bad programs from loading on the computer.

   You may also want to run the Disk Defragmenter program to combine all the free space into larger useful blocks. Start – All Programs – Accessories – System Tools – Disk Defragmenter

   you need to free up some memory get rid of all junk files empty recycle bin or clear some seldom use programs. Window should load faster……….check for malice ware and delete your history under tool under internet. Delete the temporialy files.

   Most likely a spyware program. Get a spyware program and check your computer. if that doesn’t work, you can try reformatting your computer. If that doesn’t work, try upgrading the memory. now if that doesn’t work, it could be your computer is slow, the hard drive it messed up. Then i would recommend buying a new computer.
