Open your command prompt. You can do this by holding down your windows (start) key and pressing "R" to open Run. Type in "CMD" and press enter.
On the command prompt, type in "WMIC" and press enter.
Now, type in "product get name" and hit enter.
Next, search for the program you want to unintstall on the list that will soon come up. Type in "product where name="program name" call uninstall" and press enter.
