   just means its a busy cursor dont need geek squad for this just make sure you click allow .

   you should try closing other programs before doing this make sure nothing is running in the background this can cause it to freeze

   Check to make sure your cookies are enabled.
   Tools>Internet options>Privacy>Advanced,
   Check Allow First Party cookies.
