You have a couple of very good programs, but you do not need them all. You only have 1GB Ram,
You own fix it utilities 9 pro. You purchased it for nearly 50 dollars, so you keep using it. Good program.
TuneUp Utilities 2009 is an excellent program and if Fix it Utilities Pro also would have been a trial, I would recommend to purchase TuneUp Now I would just run TuneUp till trial is over. or uninstall it.
Avast is anti virus program , Malwarebytes and Superanatispyware are both anti spyware/malware programs. Should keep them both. Both very good.
hijachthis I should not keep. I would uninstall it. Too many programs are not good.
Threatfire yes, good program, runs completely in the background. Comodo Firewall is a very good firewall, but for my likings too many warning popups.
I prefer ZoneAlarm Firewall free
