restore the system to previous date, that is, the date when it was last working properly. Use system restore. Accesories => System Tools => System Restore.
try some of the freely available optimization software at cnet or filehippo.
More memory
1. Deleted unnecessary files from hard drives. Correct!
2. Deleted unnecessary programs from "Programs and features" in vista control panel. Correct!
3. Fragmented both hard drives. Correct!
4. Removed all spyware/malware/viruses. Wrong, because are you sure that you already have removed such things?
5. Fixed all registry errors. How? Did you use CCleaner? If so, Correct!
6. Cleaned up my processes and services. Correct!
7. Rebooted my PC. Correct!
Final answer: Maybe your computer memory (RAM) is broken or just dirty. You may have cleaned the softwares but not the hardwares. Both must be cleaned. In what you did is just a software maintenance.
If the problem of yours still exist, try formatting your PC. 🙂
