   Download a program called "Hi Jack This" and let it scan your computer, when its done copy and paste the log it gives you on the forums of the Spybot Search and Destroy homepage (you can find it on google). Someone there will look at your log and tell you if your infected or not etc and how to fix it, probably by the end of the day you’ll be good to go knowing those guys.
