Nice to see someone looking ahead. At 14, you may or may not be permitted to work in a shop; it depends upon your state and local laws. On the other hand, you might be able to start your own business installing Windows or Linux and troubleshooting viruses, etc. Another possibility would be to visit a rest home or nursing home or retirement community center and ask if you could set up a program to teach older adults to use computers. There are many possibilities if you are willing to think flexibly. Good luck.
A lot of people can do what you do, including me. It depends more on if the owner of the shop likes you, then what you know.
Kissing up will get you more jobs than what you know.
