I love spinrite from Gibson research and have had great success with it. The bad sector repair feature works great.
The bad sectors can not be repaired, but they can be marked as unusable. Once you marked as unusable, the Operating System will know not to attempt to store data in those bad sectors. If you want your all lost data back from these bad sectors then you can use stellar data recovery services and software at affordable rates.
Hard drives have a ‘reserve’ amount of sectors (varies, but 10% of total space is average) which are not used in daily write functions. These are kept aside for just such a process as ‘repairing’ bad sectors.
With "check disk-repair sectors", data is moved from the failing sector to those reserved sectors, provided it can be ‘read’.
If all alternate attempts fail, & you’ve got a lot of valuable files that must be recovered, have a look @ ‘SpinRite’ from GRC.
Recovers data & fixes HDD errors; disk maintenance; checks cable interfaces; many deep disk checks; etc.
Self contained DOS, so functioning OS not required.
THE industry standard.
About $90 US;
Money back if not satisfied (how many software items have you seen with that?).
You’ll have to extract the Western Digital HDD from it’s case and put as master HDD on a PC to operate this utility, but it’s pretty easy.
Google for reviews.
Well worth the money.

You can try Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery Software. which has advanced & powerful features to recover your data & also available in $49 with free demo version.
In most cases, fixing bad sectors will clear the data around the bad sectors, so it’s dangerous to your files. The goal of fixing bad sectors is just for repairing hard drive itself, not the data.
The correct way is clone the whole disk sector by sectors to another hard drive. And then use data recovery tools to recover the files from the target disk. Note that the data on bad sectors can not be rescued any more. Maybe data recovery services can do it perfectly.
i would just fix the bad sectors first then the drive would be usable again and most data would still be there
You can try to recover your data with asoftech data recovery software:

It uses unique modern algorithms to recover files even hard drive has bad sectors.
