You have learned that, currently, Dell makes the poorest quality laptops on the market and has the poorest technical support in the business. What can you do now? Find a Dell certified repair shop in your phone book or on the net (there are some) and take it to them.. Odds are, if the tech is experienced, he will know how to deal with Dell and get the laptop fixed right and, since its under warranty, it will be no charge to you.
