   You’ve got spyware installed on your computer.
   Go to Go to http://www.mbusbyuk.info/links.html and scroll down the page to free online virus & spyware scans.
   Select Ewido from the free spyware scanners.
   When you get to the site, click on Scan My Computer.
   This should fix your problem.

   (1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode
   (2) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have any other viruses in your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .

   go to tools and turn on your pop up blocker.
   if that doesnt work restore your pc to the day before it started happening.if it’s been doing it since you’ve installed xp contact windows there should be a phone number or web address for you to goto.

   Start your pc in safe mode and run all adware and virus checks you can it sounds more like a virus or advertising popup to me
