Most computer errors are born in a part of your system which hardly anyone knows or understands – the registry. This is the central database of Windows, which actually stores some of your computer’s most important files and settings. Everything from your latest emails to your desktop wallpaper are kept in this database, making it one of the most used parts of the Windows system.Because it’s used so much, the registry database is actually prone to becoming corrupt and damaged, which makes Windows struggle to read the files inside it. Unfortunately, 100’s of registry files are corrupted every week and Windows has no way to protect against it – it’s this problem which causes most of your computer’s errors. The problem is that when these files are corrupted, your PC actually takes longer to read them and often can’t read them at all. This causes errors on your PC which seem to appear randomly. You can use a Registry cleaner. http://cleanup-comuter-run-perfectly.com
Registry cleaners are tools which have been created to scan through the registry. They work by scanning each file and then checking to see if it’s corrupt or causing problems. If they find that it is broken, the registry cleaner will replace or fix the file for you to make your computer speed up and become free of errors. You should have a try! Good Luck!
Now your computer problems are solved, it is time for the clean-up procedure
You should Create a New Restore Point to prevent possible reinfection from an old one.
The easiest and safest way to do this is:
Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
Select Create a restore point, and Ok it.
Next, go to Start > Run and type in cleanmgr
Select the More options tab
Choose the option to clean up system restore and OK it.
This will remove all restore points except the new one you just created.
Click START then RUN
Now type/copy: Combofix /Uninstall in the runbox and click OK.
Note the space between the X and the U, it needs to be there.
The above procedure will:
Delete the following:
ComboFix and its associated files and folders.
VundoFix backups, if present.
The C:\Deckard folder, if present.
The C:_OtMoveIt folder, if present.
Reset the clock settings.
Hide file extensions, if required.
Hide System/Hidden files, if required.

Start > Run > msconfig
Press Enter.
Go to the "Startup" tab and find the corresponding file name and uncheck it.
This should stop the popups. The .dll was most-likely left over from a removed program. When the computer boots, it’s trying to find the software and/or .dll file, and can’t. An error is thrown, and the program is terminated.
What is the .dll file? "name".dll
Find the exact file. Google, it should be the first link.
Replace the dll file.
I can’t help much further as I don’t know which file is exactly causing you trouble.
Try using free malwarebytes’ antimalware.
