Clean Registry and Optimize PC
There is a programme called "Free Windows Registry Repair" It works, and you don't have to use a hacked programme, it really is free.

Tune up utilities 2006. Email me when you have it, installed and I will provide you with the serial that makes it the full version. BUT you cannot updae it with the serial I give you. The current version will do all you need for awhile. It works wonders!
Windows has basic utility to edit registry. If you know about it u can use it.
Go to Run and type regedit and press enter.
Another way is to download registry cleaner.
I know one from http://www.iolo.com called system mechanic. It does a lot other stuff to! But this is trial ware. It will run for 30 days only unless u register it!

You can also try using CCleaner which is a free tool that can correct some registry entries. it's not as thorough as JV16 Powertools, but that one is not free.

Yes go to start on your puter hit programs look for accessary's then click on systom tools it will be there either disk cleanup or disk defragamentor..Good Luck
