   No they will only delete unnecessary Registry files if used properly. You must be careful when using one because if you delete a needed file your computer may not boot. Ccleaner is a good program that is safe if you just use the default Registry cleaner.

   well some registry cleaners have the ability to cleanup your pc files if you chose like ccleaner but if your cleaning your registry it shouldn’t delete anything important

   no but some can frig up programs and cause them to acrash. a good free cleaner that is safe is ccleaner or iobit toolbox and a non free one is tuneup utilities

   No, registry cleaners only clean registry items. Registry Cleaners are software utilities that attempt to remove configuration data from the Windows Registry that is no longer in use or that is unwanted on the system. Such data may include information left by software that has not been uninstalled completely from the computer, information that is no longer of use, or settings required for the operation of [malware]. A registry cleaner scans the registry, and attempts to pick out the unnecessary values in order to delete or repair them.

   But, watch out, there are some out there, called "scareware" that after doing a free scan, try to scare you into buying their product by showing you a list of 50 or more bad registry items.
