CCleaner, which is free of charge, has a good registry cleaner included which in all its years of use has only deleted entries which were safe to remove. You can always go through the results yourself before pressing the fix button, so you know that nothing is removed which should not be removed. Do not expect any improvement really in the performance of your computer, unless if it is a computer which has not been reinstalled for several years, then it might speed up things a bit. Only use trustworthy registry cleaners. Do not pay for any registry cleaning solution. CCleaner does all you need and is free of charge.
They work pretty good as screwing up your registry, especially if you have no idea what you are doing.
In general, I recommend leaving messing with the registry to the professionals.
maybe
I’m using Ccleaner for daily use on my desktop and server’s works like a charm

Go for it. CCleaner is OK and so is Wise registry cleaner.
They won’t touch your files, they just clean up your registry
