yes to the registry cleaner for operating speed.
For internet speed: Open IE, Under Tools, Internet Options, Delete cookies, Delete Files, Clear History.
For disk speed, Open My computer, Right click on the C drive, Properties, Disk Cleanup, then Tools, Check Drive, and Defragment.
If you have <15% spare capacity on HDD, you may want to replace HDD with larger size
I can only give a personal opinion on this. Yes, a registry cleaner can do a lot of good. But the wrong one can really mess things up. I’ve been using this free product for over a year and I can highly recommend it. It’s fast, easy to use, and has a great registry backup "just in case". (In all the time I’ve used it, I never had to use the back up.) If you take the quick tour, read the help & support FAQs and the product features, I think you’ll want to give it a try.
