All can be trusted and download one to clean your registry..
I’ve had no bad experiences with this software, and currently run this on my own computers at home and have installed it on work computers as well.
It’s extremely simple to use, and I find it on par with CCleaner and other alternatives mentioned above. This was also highly rated by the PCWorld editor (reason why I tried it myself in the first place)

When you install these 2 programs, you can safely use them.
Glary Utilities, I would use the 1-click maintenance
I had a look at Eusing Free Registry Cleaner
I think is a safe program to download, but I am not sure about the use. It is possible that you have to decide yourself what you want to delete or not. I find that very dangerous for computer users like us.
I would sick to the prgrams I gave you
We have used this product on a large number of machines in my organisation with no ill effects.
Try out CCleaner. Its very popular and its trustworthy too. It cleans:
Internet Explorer
Firefox
Opera
Recycle Bin
Recent Documents
Log Files
Registry
Microsoft Office
WinRAR
…and much more…
Go to http://www.ccleaner.com
The makers of CCleaner also made:
Recuva – Recover Deleted Files
Defraggler – Defragment your Hard Drive
Regcleaner is the one I use when I fix peoples computers, I would highly recommend it.

You should buy a registry cleaner. You can get a free one but it is way more trouble then it is worth. You will just be spammed with fake errors and offers to buy other products.
I have had good luck with XP Repair Pro. Check out a review at http://www.squidoo.com/vista-repair
They have a free and complete 15 day trial. It does everything a registered copy would, no obligations.
XP Pro is safe for all versions of Windows.
