Clean Registry and Optimize PC
Before you do anything, delete all your cookies and temporary files.
Then go to your start menu, click on accessories>system tools>, then disk clean up. After that do the same , but click on disk defragment. And Defragment.
After you do all this try Revo Unistaller, once installed. Find junk file cleaner,,,click scan and delete., It has other tools to, just make sure you read the tutorial before you use them. And it’s free!
Also CA anti spy downloaded with yahoo tool bar works great.

You could look into a program called window washer.
Its not free, and you really shouldnt do something devilish like say,
go to http://www.torrentreactor.net, and search for window washer 6.5. and you definatley shouldnt download the torrent, install the file and wash your hard drive.
But if you were to buy it legitamatley it would certainly be the best software to use. it can recover vast amounts of lost disk space.
But dont pirate software. Its naughty.

Hi,
please do this first :-
download CCleaner, install it and then run it, this will safely delete all your temp files etc for you, then reboot back into safe mode again (press F8 as it boots up) and defrag your hard drive to get all your free space back again, i think your system is full of rubbish and just needs a good cleanup.
CCleaner will also clean your reg files correctly as well, but please remember to reboot between doing a disc cleanup and a reg cleanup.
Defaggler will defrag your drive quickly and cleanly.
