It does not sound to me like anything got by your computer. But just to be sure you can go to download.com and get the free version of SuperAntispyware. Download install and update and then run a scan. Spybot only detects about 50% of the malware out there and it removes less. AVG free lacks many features. So if your worried you can check it with one of the better anti-spyware programs.
