   Ultimate Defender is a rogue antispy and the removal link given above is sound advice. Since you probably got convinced to install it by a trojan, there could also be other malware lurking in your system as well; so I would suggest to use the removal procedure as advised above, then follow that up with running Superantispyware:

   I have found several reliable sites that describe Ultimate Defender as adware. You should remove it. See references below for discussion and removal methods.
