A registry cleaner is a type of software utility designed for the Microsoft Windows operating system whose purpose is to remove redundant or unwanted items from the Windows registry. However the necessity and usefulness of registry cleaners is a controversial topic, with experts not agreeing on their benefit. The problem is further clouded by the fact that malware and scareware is often associated with utilities of this type.
Clean your Registry can make your computer faster

No. Registry cleaners remove undesired references in the registry, but don’t do anything to the files themselves. Any malware might be delayed, but the malware will still be there, and will likely quickly replace the entries it needs to keep your computer infected.
You need to remove the malware, either with a dedicated removal tool (supposing you can identify which infection you have), or with an uncompromised antivirus. Most malware these days can prevent you from installing antivirus, which means you have to use bootable removal tools or reformat the hard drive.
nope it just clean the registry
to get rid of malware download malwarebytes and run the scan

If you can download and scan safely with no problem and delete, do not go into safe mode. However if you cannot open any of the downloads or connect to internet, go into safe mode.
Restart your computer, press F8 repeatedly, go into "safe mode with networking", download superanti spyware and malwarebytes (links below). Both those delete ANY virus. I scanned with both, some finds others that others don’t find. So USE both and update both.
URGENT : Please go into Safe mode, do not ignore that step or else the virus will interfere with your activity (Example : Denying you internet access). Also viruses don’t allow you to open up programs or anti-virus software, and being in Safe mode allows you to do that. In Safe Mode, the virus cannot interfere with you getting rid of it.
After downloading in safe mode, UPDATE them. PLEASE Update. You’ll see this option, don’t be alarmed.

Quick scan and quarantine/delete/remove. And you are cleaned.
If those do not work, go into safe mode and download Spybot search and destroy. Update!

Restart and now you are clean.
Stay safe by downloading COMODO Internet Security (free) and keep those anti-virus softwares I told you to download.
