   Have you defrag, and scan disk?

   If it is new it must still be under a warranty,contact the vendor.

   It sounds like you have disk errors open my computer right click on you hard disk icon click properties click the tools tab where it says error checking click check now tick the two boxes then click start
   Windows will then tell you it can’t do it and would you like to schedule a disk check click yes then reboot it will then do the disk check before windows had fully loaded it’ll take about 45min to complete
