hi seems like you need to run a pop up blocker. You can type into your searchbar the word winfixer and receive several definitions from which you can look at and choose the best solution to your pop up broblem. Also type in the word " popup " in your searchbar and get good suggestions to fix the prob. zen2bop good luck !!
Sounds like you’ve got spyware. Check out Microsoft Anti-Spyware. Its free, and works on most small issues.
