   It can completely mess with the BIOS settings of your computer and it’s hard drive. Under no circumstances should you be using it as it can also mess up your browser and have it malfunction. If you’ve unfortunately already opened it, visit the website below in sources to try to get a proper diagnostic. You may need to completely reinstall your version of Windows.

   When you get this press CTRL + T and look at the web bar address. It is totally harmless and it just means there is nothing wrong with it and i highly recommend google chrome and with About:Blank allows you to have 6 pages. And for the record google chrome is the fastest browser and i have proof. But ya its harmless

   Just a blank about: page. As your friend says, some people use it as a home page to speed up browser loading.

   Nothing to worry about, all browser installations tend to have it.
