the FOOD!
The general feel and the build up with all the christmas adverts, christmas fetes and decorating the house, presents are great but you get presents for birthdays and it is never as special as christmas.
the love. the joy. the happiness. the weather. the jolly. the smiles. the laughs. the smells. the sounds.
I can go on forever.
The excitment everyone has! The cold weather! The decorating! And the shopping!!! xxx
My favorite thing about Christmas is spending time with family. Everyone puts aside their differences and just has fun. People seem to think Christmas is a material holiday based primarily on how much you recieve. Expensive. Singing Christmas songs in church, eating Christmas dinner with all of your loved ones, watching your little cousin joyously open her new kitchen set? Priceless.

Family,friends,gifts,and decorating
My favourite thing about Christmas is how I get to spend that special time with my family. So much laughter and happiness is shared on Christmas Eve – after dinner, we sit by the warm fireplace and the Christmas tree, and watch the holiday specials and movies on TV. Just that short, simple time that we get to spend all together fills my heart with joy… I always get that warm, fuzzy feeling inside.
