   If its harddisk problem u will have to get it replaced. Or its virus. otheriwse try the following.

   does ur windows boot up completely? is only taksbar and icons missing?
   then press CONTROL + ALT + DELETE after ur computer has completely booted up. IT will bring up the task manager. Go to APPLICATIONNS Tab and click NEW TASk button
   type EXPLORER.EXE in the new Open dialogue, and click OK. Your explorer will come back in a minute….
   noow go to PROCESS tab in task manager, and check which processes are running. Terminiate all the ones which u suspect to be a virus.
   Now Press WINDOWS KEY+ R to bring up RUN window. Type MSCONFIG in the run command and press enter. Go to STARUP tab, and UNCHECK all startup problems which looks suspciious.
   reboot and see if it works

   You probably have a really bad virus. Check the Windows Task Manager for any suspicious programs. To do this:

   CTRL+SHIFT+ESC (Windows Task Manager) > Processes

   Then search for any programs that seem out of the ordinary.

   You got malware disk defragmenter.
   Use a code for its registration, available in many websites, including here: http://www.2-viruses.com/remove-defragmenter
   Then do a full system scan with Malwarebytes, Spyware doctor, etc.c
