Eusing free registry Cleaner is not so good.Use Ccleaner to clean the registry and AntiVir as an antivirus because antivir is the best free antivirus with a dtection rate of 95% which is better than McAfee(93%).

Ccleaner is pretty good in cleaning your registry.
Avira is at the moment the best free anti-virus but it has slow updates and an annoying nag screen offering you to buy the pro-version.
AVG is the most popular free antivirus, i really don’t know why because it hasn’t important features like E-mail protection, active shields, or rootkit(!) protection.
Avast free antivirus sits right in the middle here (if we talk about detection rates), It has all the features you want from a antivirus (the only difference with the paid one is the on-line support!) it’s updates are silently and fast and has an advanced anti-rootkit scan before windows start up(prevents malicious programs from installing at start up)
good luck!
