   I think the best is at Glarysoft.com. When you go there you will see a list of free products except the second one in list. I use the first one on the list which says Glary Utilities free something. I would download that one and it has a registry cleaner in it and a file shredder which cleans your computer from things you deleted from your recycle bin so they can’t be recovered. Then download the third one down on the list called Disk SpeedUp which has a good defraggler and other good tools. Then the one you were talking about is the sixth one down called Registry Repair. I have been using Glary for years and it is a great program to keep your computer running fast. Just go to http://www.bandwidthplace.com and check your computer speed and write it down. Then run the Glary file shredder in the privacy and security section and check your computer speed again. All these Glary tools will help your computer run faster and smoother. Hope this helps.

   Like said in the first answer, CC Cleaner will work fine, it’s 100% free.

   For restoring, every Windows computer comes with System Restore. It will allow you to undo any damage caused by an infection after you clean it up, by selecting to restore your computer to a date and time before you were infected.
