Use Avast free & reginout for secure, smooth, error free and speedy computing.
The safest reg cleaners to use are
CCleaner : http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
and/or the one found in
Advanced SystemCare Free : http://www.iobit.com/advancedwindowscareper.html
as for anti virus first you will have to uninstall what you have now,
Then
i suggest you go and get Avast : http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html
you can not get a better anti virus with anti spyware system for free.
it has many features you will have to pay for in other systems.
don’t forget to register or you will only have it for 30 days
by registering you will get a licence for a full year.
just re-register at the end of the year to get another one year licence.
if you do not like the look of Avast
then microsoft supply a system for free..
Microsoft Security Essentials : http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/
(This replaced Windows OneCare)
.
I use these, Norton Security Suite, Spybot Search, Ad-Adware, and Window Washer.
AVG Free Edition for Antivirus
CCleaner for Registry Cleaner
Works great for me!
malware bytes is probobly the best.
but if you want to check if your computer has virus, download rkill its not anti virus but it shut downs all malware and shows their location and name
