   CCleaner is the best free one, but I recommend that you buy RegCure, or get a crack for it, I don’t really give a shit.

   No CCleaner is not the best registry cleaner. It is a good pc cleaner, but for cleaning your registry you should use Comodo Registry Cleaner.
   It is free and very safe to use
