Fuck sake, type properly you immature prick.
"Optimising" the registry does nothing except increase the risk of a broken Windows install. Don’t bother with it.
Personally I use ‘Advanced SystemCare’ from IObit.Com. I actually have Windows XP, but after a quick check, the program does work on Windows Vista and Windows 7.
As for your spelling, can I suggest that you use a spell checker?
If you are using Internet Explorer, download and install ‘ieSpell’. It is free and very simple to use.
Finally, capitals are an indication of shouting. Apart from anything else, using a suitable mixture of upper and lower case letters, it makes it easier to read.
