   can u press f8 repeatedly on boot and access boot screen ? if u can boot from "last known good settings" and c how u get on?
   if not u may have to re-install the OS but u will lose data

   Nothing you can do but reformat the system volume and reinstall windows.

   i don’t know if this is your problem here but a lot of times if the power goes out and comes back on there is a "spike" of electricty whcich can fry your computer. thats why u should keep it plugged into a power strip (aka a junction box) with surge protectors.

   Ok …wat happened there was probably major changes to the registry and when you had your power outage it left your windows corrupt…..

   POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS:IF your not to computer savvy i suggest sending in to a professional….but if u want to do it yourself type in….system volume on desk is corrupt….into Google and see possible solutions
