your computer needs to be looked at…sounds like hard drive failure but i am not positive
It might be because of hard disk orientation problems. just bang on your hard drive and try to move it to the correct location. This can happen when you flip your laptop over or move it around a lot, like flipping it over.
something like this, but not exactly like this has happened to me before.
you may want to do a complete hard disk reformat that takes 12 hours, using the laptop manufacturer’s cd.
also, you might want to use the warranty if none of that works.
You need to get it looked at.
It sounds like you cooked your laptop.
The moment it started shutting-down due to overheating, you should have been either cleaning the cooling vents out by disassembling the laptop or by taking the laptop in for preventative maintenance (PM).
Now that you’ve cooked your machine, you’ll be paying a lot more than just a PM charge. They’ll likely have to replace the processor and the system board to fix the issue, which will cost about 60% of the price to buy a new laptop.
Always check the state of the air flow and fan on your laptop and periodically clean the cooling ducts as needed with compressed air.
