AVG is such a resource hog! I stopped using it just because of that.
You should call or visit THEIR support team.
AVG may have added some notations to the files or something.
Call them or email support…

AVG is infamous for causing registry errors. You probably should have done a System Restore. I really don’t see how you could still have these problems after a fresh install of Windows. Did you do a quick format? I doubt that would cause this though. I think you need to re-install Windows again.
