Running "chkdsk /r" won’t delete the virus but it will repair the computer. Before running "chkdsk /r" fix the masterbootrecord by typing at the ‘C:\’ prompt, "fixmbr". Then, when the computer boots up go into safe mode and scan again with Malwarebytes’.
In case, when the computer does startup but gives you a black screen with options for:
Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt
Last known good configuration that works (or something like that)
try ‘Last known good configuration that works’.
If that doesn’t work, try ‘Safe Mode’ and do a system restore if the system restore is working. But before doing the restore, try to save documents and files by saving them in My Documents Folder because My documents Folder is not affected by system restore.Otherwise after the system restore you may find some files or documents missing.
If system restore doesn’t work, scan again with Malwarebytes in safe mode.
I just helped my friend to repair her laptop in this way. That was just last week.
Try taking out the cmos battery and reinstalling it.
Try using malwarebytes. Its free

i dont tin you can delete the virus like that, and dont worry the cd is a form of rom (read only memory)so it cant be tamperd with by aANYTHING so if i were yo uid just re install windows ( be aware you will loose all your files
Your CD can not get infected, so don’t worry about that. If you can’t boot up, then you may need to re-install Windows.
If you can get started in safe mode (tap f5 or f8 at startup) then that could possibly make a difference.
I have removed this virus with Spyware Doctor. I review it on my site Spyware Review.
