When I restart my computer I keep getting a black screen with the message

windows normally
Launch startup repair
Start windows normally
When I choose either one it goes back to this same screen asking it again. I also tried
using the reinstalling dvd windows vista home basic 32bit
When I press f 8 it gives me a list of options on advanced boot options
I,ve tried repair your computer and safe mode and it still does the same thing

lol usally it comes with a recovery setting. i cant quite remember what button… but it says press this to restore to factory settings… do that lol…. or call the manufacturer and ask them for recovery cds and run your comp through those
