Give up using Windows, and install Linux on your computer. Linux is immune to all viruses, malware, spyware and adware.
Linux is a complete operating system that is either free or very cheap ($10-$30) and comes bundled with a huge variety of free software.
The Linux desktop is amazingly flexible and customizable, and anyone who is used to Windows will soon feel comfortable with it – and shocked by how dull their old Windows system looks by comparison! For example, in Linux you can use up to twenty (yes twenty) separate desktop work spaces – Windows only gives you one.
Go to http://www.distrowatch.com to find out how to get all the popular flavors of Linux…
…then do an image search for Linux screen grabs on Google.

The procedure should fix Vundo-based Winfixer(WinAntiSpyware, WinAntiVirus, Blackworm, Amaena)problems.
Please download Atribune’s VundoFix.exe (version 4.2.71 [as of 21 April ’06], or later), from
http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4
and save it to your desktop.
Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
Put a check next to Run VundoFix as a task.
You will receive a message saying vundofix will close and re-open in a minute or less. Click OK Note: If VundoFix does not reopen after a minute (or two), then you should skip-over the "Run as a task" step, and continue-on to the following steps to SCAN and REMOVE.
When VundoFix re-opens, click the Scan for Vundo button.
Once it’s done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
When completed, it will prompt that it will shutdown your computer, click OK.
Turn your computer back on.

If VundoFix fixed your problem, then help prevent a re-infection:
There is much speculation that a "hole" in some older versions of SUN’s Java is being exploited by WinFixer. So you should upgrade to the latest version, 1.5.0_09 from http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
My personal preference is to download the MANUAL (OFFline) installation (16 MB).
But if you prefer the online installation, that choice is yours.
AFTER you successfully install the new Java, go to your control panel, ADD/REMOVE programs, and UNinstall all older versions of Java (if any) that still show up there….
especially version 1.4.2_03 (which is the most likely "culprit" being blamed).
Download superantispyware. It will remove winfixer. It is very effective and it is free.
Have you tried scanning for spyware? There are many free ones out there. I found this guide pretty helpful, hope this helps. http://www.basicspywaretips.com/getridofspyware.html
download a good antispyware update it and your antivirus and run them in safe mode
Here you have some good and free antivirus programs:

Get one and also an anti-spyware program!
