1) reboot the laptop and hit F8 to get to the black window menus again. go to SAFE MODE. Try to uninstall any new programs that you installed recently prior to the problem. after uninstalling the program reboot again.
2) or when you’re able to log back into the laptop on SAFE MODE or/not;
go to START => RUN => type eventvwr
Under the eventviewer, go to the Windows Logs, expand System or Applications to see what exactly is failing.
3) after hitting F8, you’ll get a black windows screen.
– choose last know good.
try to restarting it, if it doesnt work
then there is a problem with a mother board it is inside the computer
or harddrive issue
then you should take it in to get fixed to staples business depot
i had similar problem with my laptop, so i took it in to staples they told it was hard drive problem and motherboard and they fixed it
Recovery disc and reinstall software.
I think there may be something wrong with your motherboard or video card. You’ll have to take it in.
try holding down "F8" when it reboots and hopefully a menu will pop up with alot of choices, choose system restore first and if that doesnt work then try the other options, if still nothing then try "factory services restore mode" under that menu and choose the recovery option, im not sure if f8 will be your button so try all the other "f" buttons one at a time on every reboot untill one hopefully works.
you will not need to replace the motherboard, worst case scenario you will need to reinstall windows, that will cost about 100 bucks
