There are top 5 anti-spywares reviews, comparisons and download links on

You can download and scan your computer for free.
As the computer is booting press your "F8 Key" repeatly which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" . Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.
After into safe mode, run an anti-spyware to remove the spyware and adware on you computer.
Make sure you have 1 or 2 antispyware on your computer and 1 antivirus and also 1 firewall.
GOOD LUCK!
Get Spyware Doctor – it’s the best antispyware software available and has won several awards from major computer publications. I have used it for over two years now and it has kept my computer completely clean of spyware.
You can read more about Spyware Doctor here:

Run your computer in safe mode (this the spyware dose not have a chance to activate) and run a full scan with your anti-spyware program.
Try Malwarebytes AntiMalware i hear it removes stuff that other malware removers don’t.
With Highjackthis you will need to locate the malicious files and the directories that they are in. Open those directories and find those files, disconnect from the internet, have HighJackThis fix those particular files, then delete the files manually (a program called unlocker will help if the file is active: http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/). Reboot you computer and see if that did it. The worst case scenario would be a reformat to your system.
Also try using Avira: http://www.free-av.com/ it got the best detection rate in Anit-virus software, and also try downloading and installing comodo firewall pro: http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/ by default it is set to safe mode which should allow you to gain control of all the software running on your system.
