   Your computer is done. Hopefully you have a recent backup and the startup disk, because you will have to reboot to factory settings. I learned this many times the hard way.

   What I still don’t get is why people make viruses in the first place?

   never had this problem with vista and i never had that popup come up you mightve installed a virus take it to wherever you bought it and they should be able to fix it

   I’m pretty good with computers for an 11 year old but the blue screen of death is something to go to a computer repair store or just wait for a better answer. Hope I helped.

   Dont worry, check this solutions.

   before the windows vista starts, you know , whe the black screen is starting, you push F8 button, until it show you an advance start up for windows vista, and you click on safe mode, and winwos will start normally, when windows starts, you shutdown your computer, normally, and then you turn it on and wait to start windows normally.

   If this get solved its okay, if not,

   you open safe mode again, and go to control panel, programs, and uninstall windows vista sp 1, and it will be solved.
