   personally i use pc washer, it cleans the registry and gets rid of junk files and has a few other applications including a CPU moniter which u can defrag, i have installed it on both my computers and the running speed has increased a considerable bit. you can get it from here http://download.cnet.com/PC-Washer/3000-2094_4-10819281.html

   you will need to purchase i license but as with everything in software there are ways around this if your smart enough.
