Use any other better cleaning software such as reginout etc for this
Find your System 32 files and delete them.
Those are files installed by the virus
Reboot your computer and you will see the virus is gone…
navigate to it manually using regedit and delete it
also run a online scan and use other registry cleaner softwares like
registry booster 2010, ccleaner, tune up utilities or regcure
Don’t use registry mechanic, it’s known malware and is probably sending all of your passwords and credit card numbers to their database. Not really, but that thing doesn’t help your computer at all. If you want to improve your speed buy more ram, or a new CPU.
If you are having trouble removing a program try the free download uninstaller at http://revouninstallermax.com
This might help if you try and uninstall the program again. The free version will work fine. Some folks might recommend "perfect uninstaller"… that works too but you will need to register it for 30 bucks for it to clean up the registry. I know… I got burned and paid for it then found this.
