   1. My Computer
   2. Right Click C:\
   3. Properties
   4. A new windows opens, click disk cleanup

   it will remove all unnecessary files and it will compress old files so you should be able to save a few 100 MB maybe even a few GB. You should also clean up your registry using ccleaner, its free. Search for it with google.

   Move old files to a back up hard drive and then delete them from your windows hard drive.

   Remove bad or useless software and it should all be fine

   if you want a better registry clean use TuneUp but that costs
