turn the computer off… open your CPU, the fan should be located in the left side of the CPU.
Unplug PC, take it somewhere you won’t mind too much dust, like a garage. Remove the side access panel. Gently start spraying compressed air (hold can upright at all times!) where you see dust. There should be two fans at the front of the computer, a fan in the power supply, and a fan near the heatsink for the CPU.
The idea is to remove dust from the fins of the heatsink and the blades of the fan to help them move air more efficiently.
Turn it off, remove it from power, and open it up, and then clean the fans. Just make sure the compressed air doesn’t shoot water out… that tends to happen…
There are two ways of cleaing of hardware and operating system
for hardware remove the power cable and open the windows cpu and clean the hardware carefully .
for the os run > temp > a windows will open delete all the items from that windows .
Run > %temp% > a windows will open delete all the items from that windows
Run > prefetch > a windows will open delete all the items from that windows .
Run the system scan for the antivirus .
run diskcleanup and diskdefragrentation .
