I think It’s no way to delete completely without install any other software to help.
It will leave the record whatever.
No problem Man u can use the tool FileShredder..
but I prefer that you should read the readme and get information about properly doing it.. that video can NEVER BE RECOVERED BECAUSE THIS PROGRAM WILL RIGHT ALL 0 AT THE PLACE OF VIDEO. beware there are two type of file shredder one is best file splitter utility and one delete with zero right only search internet, or check out

check the link,,, the software completely delete your data or video from your system,,,
Shift+DEL will delete the file permanently and it will be removed from Recycle Bin.
Hope you have not installed any UnDelete Tools!
If you have not installed any special tools before deleting the file, then you will not be able to get it back.
You may delete it, but it is not gone. There are means of recovering it, used by police and other services. The only real way is to take a hammer to the drive………………..
