If you are referring to spyware removal software you should download, install and update 3 programs:
assuming you are running WinXP:
– Windows Defender (for XP only)
– Spybot Search & Destroy
– AdAware Personal Edition

If you are talking about removing viruses I recommend AVG Anti-Virus

Tough question because it is not clear but I’ll try – maybe you can ask again.
Since you have internet (to be able to post this), go to http://www.ccleaner.com to ‘download’ to the cleaner program to your desktop (the program is pretty good and free). Then double click on the downloaded program (on your desktop) and follow the instruction to install it. Then run the program to clean the ‘unwanted’ ones. Is that clear? If not, try asking again.
