   you need system restore this will bull back your computer to an earler time befor this crach and follow the steps

   you need to restart your computer first

   )befor you c the windows logo press F8 and choose safemode and wait untill it load the windows
   2)log in2 your user not the administrator
   3)open start menu and choose "programs" and then "Accessories" and then" System Tools" and then "System Restore"
   4) it will open a new window
   5)choose restor my computer and check the calendar
   6)remeber when your computer was runing fine befor this crash
   7)choose the day and click next and your computer should be ready 2 restor it self
   8)now im done your computer will run fine after restart
