   you could make it smaller or take some old/or usless stuff off

   try making you pictures smaller and also your comments, if you have alot of those comments are overused so they take longer to load i recomment making them smaller as well

   If lots of people are using that same Photobucket image, the bandwidth will be strained, causing your page to take forever to load.

   Needless to say, the more pics you embed on your profile, the more time it will take to load.

   Also, make sure you have a minimal amount of <style> tags in your sections – essentially, you only need one set of style tags for every section. It there are 5000 of them, it will take forever to load the page.
